Join us in disassembling the community ancestor altar with intention and love, returning the sacred altar space to the living. Disassembly is followed by our closing ceremonial fire, when we read the names left at the altar, bless and honor the dead, and release our prayers on sacred smoke. Come prepared for connection and love, laughter and tears. 
Family Friendly Event

Duration of event depends on number of participants and how efficiently we disassemble the altar space. Fire ceremony will begin once the altar and related areas are disassembled and put away.

The annual community altar would not be possible without the many hands that come together to make it happen. Over the years it has grown in scope and scale, drawing participants from many cultures, faiths, countries, and communities. I give my most heartfelt thanks to everyone who helps me continue to make this offering available to all who seek it.
