Dear Ones,
I am calling you in to listen to your inner knowing, explore and affirm your connection with Spirit and Nature, and learn the process of creating your own liquid magic in the form of a vibrational essence, from start to finish. This offering is an invitation to support yourself gently and profoundly in an intimate, in-person gathering of curious explorers and medicine makers. You will learn skills you can use to make this form of energetic medicine over and over again, as well as apply to other practices and areas of your life. We will gather with intention at the end of Spring to go into “the wilds” and into communion with the seen and unseen, emerging with new tools, a deepened sense of our interrelatedness, and the essence you created in hand. Come with curiosity, trust in yourself, and an open heart for the magical weaving of Earth medicine, community, and healing.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • An intimate group of 5 participants, plus Natalia.

  • A beautiful, natural setting.

  • Emphasis on individual choice, direction, autonomy, engagement, participation, consent, sovereignty, and safety.

  • All the materials necessary to create your own personalized vibrational remedy from start to finish (some materials will be loaned, others are yours to keep).

  • Discussion of various methods of essence making and the modern western history of essences and their use.

  • Considerations for source-material selection including ethics, sustainability, legalities, and more.

  • Instruction in the solarization method of essence making.

  • The difference between and uses of mother, stock, and dosage essences.

  • Stabilization and preservation methods.

  • Tools to tap in to your inner guidance and the guidance of the plants.

  • Requesting permission, Intention setting, offerings, and receiving.

  • .Time for questions and discussion of your individual experience.

  • Instructions on standard and creative ways to use your formula.

  • How to determine dosage, administration method, etc.

  • Connection with a community of wonderful individuals.

  • A flexible format allowing us to follow the flow of our unique collection of souls and what is speaking to us on the day.

  • Carpooling options (Natalia can provide space for 3 passengers. Ride-sharing is encouraged.)

  • An opportunity to reconnect as a cohort to share your experiences living with and using the essences we created and support each other in our continued unfolding.

What to Bring:

  • Journal or note taking tools

  • Comfortable clothing - Layers for temperature change as the day unfolds

  • Appropriate footwear for light hiking/walking

  • Whatever you need to be comfortable sitting on the ground 

  • Personal water bottle or thermos of your non-alcoholic beverage of choice

  • Healthy lunch and snacks for yourself (pack everything in and out)

  • Sun protection if needed (hats may need to be removed for portions of the essence making process)

  • A day pack for carrying your personal items and the supplied essence making kit

  • The desire to be present for yourself and in community with others.
