(I) Individual Sessions *

Payment for individually booked appointments is required at time of service.

(II) Packages + Gift Certificates *

Payment for all packages and gift certificates is due in full prior to booking sessions. Payment is non-refundable.

(III) Workshops + Events *

A non-refundable Reservation Fee of 50% of the workshop or event fee is required to hold your spot. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total workshop cost with balance due at the start of the workshop or event. Custom workshops and events: payment in full must be made in full 7 days in advance of the event.

(IV) Sessions + Consultations *

In-Studio Clients: If feeling ill or you have been in close contact with someone ill, regardless of COVID-19 test or vaccination status, you may switch to Distance Session (same date & time as scheduled in-studio appointment) to avoid cancellation fees. Notify Natalia directly via phone or text: 408.504.1558 UPON BOOKING YOU AGREE TO: The Terms of Service & Legal Disclaimer within this site & A NO-SHOW session will be considered forfeited and charged in full. Ending your session early, will not result in a credit. Sessions & Consultations may be rescheduled OUTSIDE of 48HRS prior to your appointment with no charge. Schedule changes 48-24HRS prior to your appointment will forfeit 50% of the appointment fee. Schedule changes within 24hrs, session & fee will be considered forfeited. Legal Disclaimer BioMat® Therapy add-on is charged in full unless cancelled 24 hours in advance. Clients who choose to discontinue BioMat® use during a session will be charged in full for the BioMat® add-on.

(V) Packages + Gift Certificates *

Payment is non-refundable. Packages and gift certificates do not expire. Packages and gift certificates are good for services only and may not be redeemed for cash.

(VII) Workshops + Events *

Please give a minimum of 72 hour notice for cancellations, in order to allow others the opportunity to schedule in your stead. Cancellations made within 72-48 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the workshop rate. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours in advance and No-Shows will be charged the full rate. Custom workshops and events cancelled by cleints within 7 days of the event forfeit all payment.

(VIII) Appointment Times + Late Arrivals *

Appointment times are measured from the time the appointment is scheduled to begin to the end of the arranged time slot. Sessions typically include time for an intake or update, opportunity for treatment and a brief conversation post-treatment. Length of formal treatment time varies. Late arrivals will not receive additional appointment time. If you will be more than 15MIN late to your appointment please contact me directly, as soon as possible, at (408) 504-1558. Your appointment may be forfeited after 15MIN.

(IX) Informed Consent + Sober Policy *

Individuals are unable to give full and informed consent for treatment and/or touch when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients are expected to arrived at all sessions/consultations/workshops sober. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of that appointment or revocation of workshop attendance permissions without refund. The practitioner may also refuse service if she has reason to suspect the client may be under the influence or unable to give consent for consultation or treatment (with or without touch). Clients will be charged the full appointment/workshop fee for cancellations made for this reason and may reschedule where applicable.

(X) Right to Refuse Service *

Natalia Ronstadt Chang reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at her sole discretion.
